Cancellation of Rentals & Classes

All cancellations need a 48 hours notice for a full refund.

Exceptions:

In case of sickness a 8 hours notification with a doctors note for full refund.

In case of serious accident or death refund will be made ASAP.

All refunds take 14 days to be issued plus the bank processing times.
