In the event of apparent defects, The Customer benefits from the right of return and/or if The Costumer discovers any reason the products do not meet the quality standards, Website description, functionality, craftsmanship or raw material quality. The Costumer needs to notify HHD Oy within 7 days of the delivery date by email with photos and a description of the discovery, so HHD Oy can examine the goods concerned and make a decision about the exchange or refund, in case the return is agreed the product has to be returned to HHD Oy and a return label will be provided by HHD Oy.
Returns shall be denied in case that:
The Customer keeps using the product after notifying HHD Oy by email.
The Customer has used the product for other use than the intended use.
The Customer has failed to follow the care instruction provided in the Website, written or verbally.
The Customer has made repairs or alters the product in any way.
The defect has arisen because of wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, unusual or inadvisable uses or incorrect storage.
Upon receipt of the Products ordered, The Customer or the recipient must check the proper functioning of the goods delivered, and take note of their conditions. In the event that one or more of the Products ordered is missing or damaged, The Customer or the recipient must make any reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery, additionally contacting the carrier costumer service and sending an email to HHD Oy within 24 hours. HHD Oy will determine what is the best course of action once has contacted the carrier and The Customer.
