Delivery

Upon receival of payment HHD Oy will ship the products ordered to The Costumer at the delivery address entered in the order, unless they need to be manufactured. 

Outside The European Union the customer undertakes to pay upon receipt all taxes, duties, taxes and other charges, present and future, due in respect of the delivery of said products themselves; HHD Oy has not liability at any time in this respect.

Upon receipt of the Products ordered, The Customer or the recipient must check the proper functioning of the goods delivered, and take note of their conditions. In the event that one or more of the Products ordered is missing or damaged, the customer or the recipient must make any reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery and notify HHD Oy by email. In the event of apparent defects, the customer benefits from the right of return.

For reasons of availability of the Products ordered, an Order may be the subject of several successive deliveries to the customer. In the event that The Client would like the Products ordered to be delivered to two separate addresses, the latter should place 2 separate Orders. Generally, where an order contains more than one item all items will be delivered at the same time once all items are available. HHD Oy shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

Currently using UPS and for freight quotes can be offered with Freja, UPS, DHL or Eurosenders, is up to The Client to choose.

Also available is the option to collect at Höyläämötie 18 A 00380 Helsinki, Finland upon agreement and in business opening hours.
