Come and learn in a professional woodworking shop the basics and make your first project.
The course covers safety, all about wood, woodworking history, machinery use and making you first project.
Day one:
10 to 11.- Welcome, safety and shop tour.
11 to 14.- Wood properties and project planning.
14 to 14:30.- Woodworking history and coffee time.
14:30 to 17.- Wood processing and glueing.
Day two:
10 to 14.- Unclamping, scrapping and shaping.
14 to 14.30.- Class recap and coffee time.
14:30 to 17.- Sanding and finishing.
You will make a cutting board or a trivet to take home.
Includes a printed guide of the class.
